Experteer Overview
As a production-focused lawyer at Fever, you will support content creation and event productions across global markets. You will partner with Originals and production teams to ensure compliant, smooth execution of co-produced and licensed events. You help balance legal risk with business goals in a fast-growing, multinational environment. Your work will shape how Fever scales content and live experiences while staying aligned with local laws and regulations. This role offers a chance to impact high-profile productions at a global platform expanding into new territories.

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements across content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements; improve contract templates and processes
• Identify legal risks and design mitigation strategies to enable smooth multi-jurisdiction event execution
• Conduct legal research and translate findings into actionable guidance for leadership and stakeholders
• Manage legal projects, oversee contract workflows, maintain databases, and assist with internal compliance including IP, data privacy,



and regulatory matters
• Support incident management and dispute resolution in coordination with litigation specialists
• Prepare internal templates, guides, and training materials for the Legal Department

Responsabilidades
• Qualified US or UK barred lawyer with 4+ years PQE in-house in experience-economy or live production (top-tier firm experience a plus)
• Solution-oriented, strategic thinker with strong business judgment
• Native or bilingual English; additional languages a plus
• Ability to own multiple time-sensitive projects and prioritize resources
• Effective communicator with emotional intelligence; able to advise executives and cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated, adaptable team player ready to work in a fast-growing organization
