Experteer Overview
In this role you will act as a technical trusted advisor helping customers in Portugal to adopt the Databricks Data + AI Platform. You will collaborate with Account Executives to demonstrate business value and craft architectural solutions. You’ll author reference architectures and run workshops to scale best practices, shaping how customers solve data challenges. This role combines deep technical exploration with cross-functional collaboration to drive regional impact and community growth.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and maintain client relationships in Portugal, delivering technical and business value with Account Executives
• Serve as a big data analytics expert to excite customers about Databricks and become a trusted advisor on architecture, design, and implementation
• Scale practices by authoring reference architectures, how-tos, and demo apps; lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups to grow the Databricks community in the region




• Continuously grow knowledge toward technical/industry specialization and stay current with platform capabilities

Responsabilidades
• Engage in technical sales with customers, challenging questions and guiding outcomes
• Develop strong customer relationships and internal partnerships with account teams
• Proficiency in at least one core programming language (Python, Java, Scala) with willingness to learn Spark
• Hands-on expertise in Big Data Analytics technologies and complex proofs-of-concept; experience with public cloud platforms
• Experience in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solution architectures for audiences with varying technical depth
• Location in Madrid region with hybrid schedule and willingness to travel up to 50% for meetings, events, and trainings
• Native Portuguese with business English; Spanish is a plus
