We offer personalised guidance throughout the proposal preparation process, as well as ourInternational Talent Retention Programme, which provides successful MSCA Fellows with an additional6–12‑month contractto support long‑term career development.Hosting Research GroupOver the past 20 years, the NEUROFAN Group (Neuropharmacology of addictions and degenerative disorders) has developed its translational research lines in addictions, focusing on thediscovery of new biomarkers for addictive behavior and the cognitive impairment characteristic of drug abuse, such as alcohol. The group possesses all the necessary resources for the discovery of new targets and the preclinical development of pharmacological compounds, as demonstrated by the development of the MY10 compound for alcohol use disorders. It has participated in international consortia for the discovery of biomarker panels to differentiate between stages of cognitive impairment and various types of dementia (Nature Aging 2(11):1040-1053, 2022). Since 2021, it has been a member of the National Research Network on Addictions in Primary Care (RIAPAd) within the RICORs program of the Carlos III Health Institute (ISCIII),



thus bridging the strong translational nature of its studies with clinical research.The PI of NEUROFAN is Prof. Gonzalo Herradón (Orcid:0000-0002-1578-3744) Dr. Herradón serves currently as Dean of the School of Pharmacy of University San Pablo CEU.
