This is a broad HR leadership role with full responsibility across theHR function, combining both strategic and operational involvement.Theposition is particularly suited to professionals with a strong ambition tobuild an international career within a multinational environment, offeringsignificant opportunities for future growth, development and internal mobility.HR MANAGER (GALICIA)The Role- Working closely with both localmanagement and the wider HR organisation, you will lead the plant's HRstrategy and overall people management activities.- You will be responsible for implementing HR policies and practices aligned with corporate guidelines, ensuring effective adaptation to the local business environment.- You will manage a small HRteam, overseeing all key HR areas including talent development, employeerelations, HR administration and people processes.- You will lead and strengthen core talent management initiatives such as recruitment, talent attraction, training, internal communication, performance management, successionplanning, talent identification and employee development programs.- You will play an active role in managing employee and labour relations,
