- Lead evolution of the analytics platform and translate data into actionable insights for millions of users
- Design and implement high-performance pipelines using ClickHouse and Kafka-based streaming
- Define and build custom semantic models/semantic cubes including measures, dimensions, joins, and pre-aggregations
- Integrate LLMs into analytics workflows (text-to-SQL, natural-language querying, conversational BI) with governance and accuracy
- Apply advanced prompt engineering, tool/function calling,



and embedding-based retrieval (RAG over structured data)
- Develop shared capabilities to enable other teams to build intelligent analytical experiences
- Lead architectural decisions around analytics modeling, performance, governance, observability, and scalability
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science to convert business questions into scalable solutionsResponsabilidades
- Strong SQL skills with hands-on ClickHouse experience (optimizations, materialized views, MergeTree)
- Solid understanding of OLAP fundamentals and dimensional modeling
- Experience defining/building semantic layers/semantic cubes (e.G., Cube.Js)
