Experteer Overview In this role you bridge business and development teams to translate needs into actionable requirements. You will work in agile cross-functional squads to design and deliver IT solutions that support Allianz's digital transformation. You elicit, analyze, document and validate functional and non-functional requirements throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring traceability. You collaborate with product owners, architects and testers, model processes, and support implementation and testing to deliver value.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Elicit, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder sessions
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and specifications for development teams
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers and testers in agile cross-functional teams
- Model business processes and system behavior using UML, BPMN or similar notations
- Validate and prioritize requirements with stakeholders, ensuring traceability throughout the product lifecycle




- Support the development team during implementation and clarify requirements during sprints
- Contribute to test case definition and user acceptance testing to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectationsResponsabilidades
- Solid knowledge of requirements engineering techniques (elicitation, analysis, specification, validation)
- 2-3 years of professional experience as a Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst, ideally in IT or financial services
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and with Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with ability to structure complex problems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent English; German a plus
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantageRequisitos principales
