Job OverviewAt the Sani/Ikos Group we take hospitality very seriously. Employment type: Indefinite. Department: Property.ResponsibilitiesArchitectural concept and design development: support creation of architectural concepts during Stages 1–3, assist in feasibility studies, site analysis, master planning, and massing studies; contribute to hospitality planning strategies for guestrooms, public spaces, wellness, F&B, and back‑of‑house areas.Research & benchmarking: research hospitality trends, architectural innovations, luxury benchmarks, and emerging design approaches; analyse competitor projects and international references to support product differentiation and sustainability initiatives.Design documentation & presentation: prepare concept presentations, layouts, diagrams, sketches, and visual architectural documentation; support internal and external presentations to leadership teams and stakeholders; ensure all creative outputs align with brand standards and product strategy.Cross‑functional collaboration: coordinate closely with Interior Design, Delivery, Sales,
Marketing and Operations teams during concept stages; support coordination with external consultants during early project phases; facilitate handover into design development and delivery stages.Design quality: maintain high standards of architectural creativity, presentation quality, and design consistency; support the evolution of the company’s hospitality architectural language and product vision.QualificationsDegree in Architecture and a minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality architecture and concept design.Strong portfolio demonstrating hospitality concept design and planning projects.Knowledge of hospitality planning principles and guest experience design; experience within luxury hospitality projects preferred.Proficiency in Auto CAD, Forma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Rhino, Revit, or equivalent design and visualization tools.Fluent English required; Greek and/or Spanish preferred.Strong conceptual and creative architectural thinking, spatial design sensitivity, visual communication and presentation capabilities, research and benchmarking awareness, and a collaborative and proactive mindset.What We OfferTeam: Becoming a member of an organization that cares about its people, the environment, and local communities.Grow: Opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement.Care: Competitive remuneration package, private health insurance, and adaptable working model.
