IENAI SPACE in Madrid is seeking a Head of Embedded Systems and Software to own the architectural vision for the ATHENA propulsion system, from flight firmware to lab software. You will lead a small team and drive architecture, verification, and CI/CD efforts.

The role requires 7+ years in embedded software with leadership, strong C/C++, RTOS (FreeRTOS), 8‑ to 32‑bit MCUs, Python scripting and Git workflows. Fluent English is required; hybrid work in Madrid.
