To support the acceleration of AI & Digital Transformation across the Mediterranean Region, Redion is looking for anAI Technology Product Specialist.Reporting to the Regional AI Manager and working closely with Group AI teams and local business and IT stakeholders inItaly, Spain and Portugal, you will contribute to thedesign, development and rollout of AI-driven solutions.This role is adecuado for ahands-on, technically curious professionalwho wants to grow in applied AI, automation and Gen AI within a complex, international environment.Key ResponsabilitiesAI Solution Development & SupportContribute to thedevelopment and configuration of AI solutions, including chatbots, copilots, automation workflows and data-driven use cases.Supportprototyping and testing activities, helping transform business ideas into working proofs of concept.Assist in theindustrialization and deploymentof AI solutions on the Group AI Platform.Collaboration with Business & ITWork with regional business teams tounderstand processes and operational needs.Support Group AI roles inrequirements analysis, documentation and solution design.Collaborate with IT, Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure solutions aresecure, compliant and production-ready.AI Operations & Continuous ImprovementMonitor solution performance and KPIs, contributing tocontinuous improvement and optimization.Support troubleshooting and minor enhancements after go-live.Contribute toknowledge sharing, documentation and best practices across the Mediterranean Region.Learning & InnovationStay up to date onGen AI, LLMs and automation technologies.Participate in internal AI communities,

Pandas, Num Py).Basic experience withcloud environments(Azure and/or AWS).Low-code & tools:Exposure toMicrosoft Power Platform(Power Automate, Copilot Studio) is a plus.Interest in dashboards and KPI tracking (e.G.
