Experteer Overview In this role you contribute to the Westinghouse Parts Business Product Management group, driving opportunities in the EMEA region. You will shape product offerings, lead strategic initiatives and supplier collaborations, and guide delivery and commercial discussions globally. The position blends product development with business assessment and strategic partnerships, including teaming and potential Mu0026amp; A activities. You operate in a hybrid setup from Spain, traveling to customers and industry events to accelerate growth. You will be instrumental in aligning strategic plans with customer needs to expand Westinghouse’s market impact.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Identify and develop strategic product plans to grow target markets; possibly lead strategictask forces
- Build supplier teaming arrangements and lead project teams for delivery, product development, and offer development
- Prepare business assessments and drive commercial discussions with suppliers and customers worldwide

- Incorporate Voice of the Customer and other assessments to prioritize new product development
- Ensure projects are prioritized and aligned with company goals by coordinating sales and fulfillment teams
- Travel up to 25% within EMEA; occasional travel to the US

- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 10+ years of professional experience in technical or business-related fields
- Experience in nuclear products market and product management concepts
- Knowledge of nuclear component procurement, country-specific codes and standards, nuclear supplier base, and multiple mechanical products in nuclear power plant applications
