Experteer Overview As Product Manager for Data Harmonization, you own end-to-end data harmonization workflows within the Life Sciences business. You steer strategy, roadmap, and partnering decisions to transform disparate health data into standardized, privacy-compliant, analytics-ready assets. You collaborate with engineering, data science, privacy, and GTM teams to deliver scalable, reusable mapping assets and governance-aware pipelines. This role blends strategy, technical fluency, and customer engagement to reduce time-to-analytics-ready data and increase reuse across engagements. - Own the product strategy and roadmap for data harmonization, including target users, use cases, and phased capabilities
- Define the end-to-end harmonization workflow from data intake to analytics-ready delivery
- Clarify privacy and remediation sequencing to preserve mapping integrity and utility
- Lead build, buy, and partner decisions with vendor evaluations and proofs of concept
- Define technical requirements and build reusable, versioned assets (mappings, transformation rules, validation logic)
- Design for real-world operational complexity with human review, exception management, schema drift, and data refreshes
- Engage with customers to translate needs into scalable product requirements




- Partner with Data Science and Delivery to automate repetitive workflows and measure impact
- Shape the commercial offering with GTM, pricing inputs, and positioning
- Lead execution as Agile Product Owner, prioritizing backlog and coordinating with Engineering
- Define and track product performance metrics (time-to-analytics-ready data, reuse rate, automation, adoption)Responsabilidades
- 5+ years in product management or technical product ownership
- Experience owning a complex product from discovery to delivery and adoption
- Proven build-vs-buy-or-partner decision experience including vendor evaluation and PoCs
- Strong grounding in data integration and ETL/ELT concepts (pipelines, mapping, transformation, APIs, metadata, lineage)
- Technical fluency to review data dictionaries, mappings, SQL, APIs, and data-quality results with engineers
- Ability to translate complex workflows into repeatable product capabilities
- Familiarity with health data models/standards (OMOP, CDISC/SDTM, HL7 FHIR)
- Strong analytical and product judgment; ability to set metrics and evaluate tradeoffs
- Experience working with enterprise customers to translate requirements into scalable strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to align multiple teams
- Ability to manage ambiguity, dependencies, and competing priorities in Agile environments
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade software in Agile settings
