In this AVP role, you will strengthen day-to-day TPG trade processing controls across the full lifecycle, supporting timely capture, matching, settlement, and exception handling. You will partner with Front Office, Technology, Risk and Compliance to investigate complex issues and drive sustainable remediation. You will help advance automation and AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual work and improve transparency. You will operate in a integral, cross-functional environment, contributing to a standardized, risk-controlled KRI framework. This is an opportunity to shape the middle office in a fast-moving, data-driven setting within a leading asset manager.

• Own and strengthen daily TPG trade processing controls across the lifecycle
• Act as escalation point for complex processing issues and lead root-cause investigations
• Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, breaks, and control gaps and translating them into improvements
• Contribute to Smart Middle Office by improving end-to-end process ownership and exception transparency
• Identify AI, automation and data analytics use cases to reduce manual intervention and enhance transparency
• Translate pain points into automated or AI-enabled solutions in collaboration with Tech and SMEs
• Maintain robust risk and control framework with ownership, escalation paths, and audit readiness




• Support global standardisation and cross-time-zone handovers across APAC, EMEA, US
• Build stakeholder relationships and participate in cross-functional platform enhancements and initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in financial services with trade processing or middle office experience
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes
• Strong knowledge of operational risk, governance and audit expectations
• Proven ability to perform root-cause analysis and drive end-to-end resolution
• Experience in a global, matrix environment with cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with Aladdin or similar platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data-driven decision making
• Understanding of AI, automation and data analytics concepts and how to apply them in Operations
• Experience with process automation, workflow design, Python, Power Automate, SQL, and data visualization tools is beneficial
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity responsibly
• Ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic, controlled solutions
