The portfolio spans autonomous systems, counter‑drone, ISR, command and control software, battlefield logistics, and related areas. including:Fund operations and LP relationsDeal flow and sourcingInvestment analysis and initial vetting of potential portfolio companiesSupporting deal execution and closingWorking with portfolio companies post‑investmentIt's a lot, but that's also the point. You'll learn more about how venture capital actually works than you would in a more compartmentalized role at a larger firm.What We're Looking ForMBA (completed or in progress) or equivalent backgroundExperience in a startup or entrepreneurial environmentA real interest in defense and national security technology — this is what we do all day, so it mattersThe kind of self‑direction that makes close management unnecessaryMadrid location — some in‑person meetings in Barrio Salamanca come with the job, but otherwise the role is adaptable on hours and locationCompensation and Growth€3,000/month to start.
