Inside Sales/ Sales Development Representative (f/m/d)Join our Spanish team – either on‑site/hybrid in Barcelona or Madrid, or flexibly remote from within Spain.Your Responsibilities- Identify target clients and prospect organizations within defined industries- Run outbound outreach across phone, email, and social channels to engage key decision‑makers- Qualify leads based on business needs, security maturity, and buying readiness (ideally following MEDDICC)- Schedule meetings by booking discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives- Communicate cybersecurity value in a clear and compelling way to early‑stage prospects- Maintain CRM accuracyYour Experience- Strong communication with confident objection handling and clear messaging in both Spanish and English language (C1)- Discovery & active listening to uncover needs and qualify prospects effectively- Cold‑calling resilience with the ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot)
