Experteer Overview In this role you will establish and lead Allianz’s global TPRM service, shaping a scalable, governance-driven program across entities. You will partner with Risk, Legal, Data Privacy, and IT to embed risk oversight in outsourcing and vendor management, aligned with regulatory requirements like DORA. You’ll drive maturity and continuous improvement of the TPRM framework, overseeing end-to-end lifecycle activities and reporting to senior stakeholders. This position offers strategic influence, strong cross-functional impact, and a chance to set the standard for third-party risk at a global scale.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Lead the global TPRM service and team to ensure high-quality delivery across Allianz entities
- Define and evolve the Service as a Service model for scalability and governance
- Develop the TPRM operating model including processes, roles, and standards
- Drive maturity enhancements of the TPRM framework across the organization
- Oversee onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, monitoring, and offboarding of third parties
- Ensure adherence to Allianz TPRM and Outsourcing policies and regulatory requirements (DORA)
- Supervise risk and control assessments (RCA) for providers across the lifecycle
- Maintain a robust inventory of outsourcing/third-party arrangements and risk documentation
- Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders on complex third-party risk topics
- Conduct TPRM maturity assessments and collaborate with Risk,



Legal, Data Privacy, Procurement, and InfoSec
- Ensure QA and control oversight of TPRM processes and efficient delivery of lifecycle activities
- Coordinate internal/external audits related to TPRM and outsourcing
- Cultivate global stakeholder relationships for alignment and transparencyResponsabilidades
- 8+ years in Third-Party Risk Management, Outsourcing Governance, Vendor Management, Procurement, or Risk Management
- Proven experience in leading teams or complex service delivery environments
- Strong regulatory knowledge related to outsourcing and operational resilience (e.G., DORA, VAIT)
- Experience building or managing risk management frameworks or managed services (advantageous)
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, or related field
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict management skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Advanced MS Office skills; experience with GRC tools such as OpenPages, ServiceNow or similar (plus)
