In this role you will lead a regional EHS team to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and governance across distributed Wind operations in EMEA. You will partner with customers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to uphold EHS standards and support cross-functional initiatives. Your leadership will drive high-risk safety programs and culture, shaping how we manage EHS across projects and services. This opportunity offers impact across the wind segment, with a focus on scalable governance and operational excellence.

• Provide oversight to ensure EHS compliance with management systems, programs, legislation, and standards for distributed operations across EMEA
• Serve as EHS expert for regulatory and industry standards on projects across the region

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety or technical equivalent
• Certified Health and Safety professional
• Significant EHS experience in projects or services environments and team leadership
• Proven achievements with safety programs and regulatory requirements
• Deep domain expertise in high-risk operations (electrical safety/LOTO, crane, construction, fall prevention, confined space)
• Strong cross-functional organization and change management skills
• Medical fitness for height per standards
• Ability to coach key influencers to drive EHS compliance and risk reduction
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
