Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive delivery of luxury residential projects in Spain, ensuring alignment with client requirements and brand standards. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage procurement and reporting, and coordinate through all project stages from feasibility to handover. You will set up execution plans, govern quality and safety, and maintain strong client and stakeholder communications. This is an opportunity to shape premium residential outcomes and collaborate with a integral studio to deliver high‑impact projects.

• Coordinate customization of residences to client brief under design supervision
• Set up and lead the project execution plan with KPIs
• Implement and monitor controls for quality, safety, compliance, risk and environment
• Establish and maintain project reporting, governance, and systems
• Prepare schedules in Microsoft Project and/or P6 with baselines and critical path
• Lead the project team including stakeholders, consultants, engineers, contractors and suppliers
• Manage design documentation aligned with brief and standards




• Oversee end‑to‑end procurement process including RFPs, evaluations, interviews and appointments
• Monitor finances, coordinate cost reporting and track budget variances
• Facilitate information flow through meetings, reports, action logs, and presentations
• Conduct regular site inspections ensuring safety and quality
• Lead client and stakeholder communications across project stages
• Coordinate permitting and statutory submissions and approvals

Responsabilidades
• Construction related degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years' construction and project management experience
• Experience in luxury residential projects in Spain from feasibility to handover
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Project, Office, SharePoint, Teams
