Experteer Overview In this role you apply extensive Pu0026amp; C underwriting knowledgeto audit end-to-end processes and support Swiss Re’s resilience. You’ll interact with senior underwriters and leaders across multiple lines of business, delivering high-quality audit reports and identifying improvement opportunities. You will monitor risk signals and help shape risk-based audit plans, while coaching peers on underwriting topics. You will work in a cross-functional, data-driven environment that values curiosity and clear, persuasive insights.Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Monitor the risk landscape and inform risk assessment and audit plans using relevant datapoints
- Coach and develop audit team members on underwriting topics

- More than 5 years' experience in the insurance and/or reinsurance industry
- In-depth understanding of the end-to-end underwriting process in Pu0026C Re/Insurance
- Practical experience in pricing and underwritingRequisitos principales
