Key Responsibilities- Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing and all payroll‑related tasks across several countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.- Manage benefits enrolment, changes, and employee inquiries.- Coordinate other employee lifecycle processes and HR admin operations.- Respond to employee questions about policies, pay, benefits, and HR procedures.- Partner with internal HR teams, Finance, Tax, external providers and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regional regulations.- Support internal audits and documentation requirements.- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to HR workflows.Qualifications- Proven experience in multi‑country payroll and benefits administration.- Strong understanding of labour legislation, Social Security procedures, and payroll management.- Fluency in English.- Advanced Excel skills.- High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset, able to work in dynamic environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
