Experteer Overview In this Senior IT Buyer role, you will shape technology procurement for a fast-moving, high-scale tech environment. You’ll lead sourcing and supplier management across Ru0026amp; D, Internal IT and Corporate Software, partnering with Tech, Finance, Security and Legal to optimize value and risk. You’ll drive category strategies, negotiations and improvement initiatives within a broader Source-to-Pay transformation. This is a hands-on position with broad exposure to the tech ecosystem and meaningful impact on cross-functional outcomes.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Define and execute sourcing strategies for technology categories in collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers
- Lead or contribute to RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations and supplier selection with focus on service, value for money and risk
- Build strong relationships with Ru0026D, Internal IT, Finance, Security, Legal and other teams to understand needs and support procurement decisions
- Lead and manage subcategories with clear ownership of sourcing activity and supplier actions
- Contribute to the category roadmap for Ru0026D, Internal IT and Corporate Software
- Manage supplier relationships to drive performance, accountability and collaboration
- Utilize spend data, market intelligence and KPIs to analyze categories and identify improvement opportunities




- Contribute to Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay improvement initiatives within ARCH finance modernization program
- Manage multiple projects in parallel with structured prioritization and collaborationResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
- 3+ years in Procurement including supplier management, contract management, negotiations or tendering
- Experience with software, technology services and IT-related categories; exposure to Internal IT, Corporate Software or Ru0026D environments is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration across functions
- Analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
- Interest in technology, AI, digital tools and market trends
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
