From our new gigafactory in Sagunto (Valencia), we’re driving a project that’s transforming both the region and the future of clean mobility in Europe — and you can be part of it.Your Role And Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementManage and coordinate all aspects of day-to-day works for BSI (Battery Specific Infrastructure), that includes organizing of equipment set‑up, steering of material for on-site installations, headcount planning of external contractors, and ramp‑up activities.Monitor work progress and ensure execution follows official schedules, drawings and specifications.Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical requirements and company procedures.Manage the resolution of technical and execution issues to provide for BSI project leader and team.Led end‑to‑end project delivery, including scoping, execution, and governance, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.Project Planning & Schedule ControlDevelop, maintain and control detailed project schedules aligned with the overall Primavera Planning.Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, while maintaining full transparency on risks and opportunities. Develop, implement, and execute mitigation strategies to address potential delays or cost overruns.Manage and set project objectives, allocating resources, and monitoring delivery performance.Synchronize project milestones with internal teams, contractors and subcontractors.Identify critical paths, risks, deviations and schedule impacts.Define, implement and track mitigations and preventive action plans.To be a partner with production, logistics, and quality functions to drive BSI execution strategy.Health,



Safety & Environment (HSE)HSE coordination for all BSI contractors and subcontractors.Ensure safe working conditions on site and full compliance with internal standards and governmental regulations.Support and report HSE requirements (visas, headcount, machinery, materials, permits and licenses).Operations Management with ContractorsEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with contractors and subcontractors.Act as the central point of contact for cross‑functional coordination for the respective project area, interfacing with technical factory organization, logistics, permitting, procurement and other line functions.Manage and report contractors performance.Ensure contractors comply with contractual, safety, quality and schedule requirements.Permitting & Regulatory CoordinationManage permits, licenses and regulatory approvals required for construction activities.Participate with contractors during the development of execution project documentation to ensure compliance with permitting, environmental and regulatory requirements.Identify permitting risks and define mitigation plans to protect project timeline.Project Management & Operational ExcellenceImplement best practices in construction execution and project delivery.Maintain dashboards for KPIs, risks and performance tracking.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, efficiency and munication, Reporting & Stakeholder ManagementEnsure transparent and consistent information flow between BSI execution team and involved stakeholders (Facility, Equipment, PMO, Logistics,



contractors and subcontractors).Prepare daily and weekly progress status reports.Lead regular construction coordination meetings and escalation municate execution progress, risks and mitigation measures to management and ordinate execution activities with Value Stream Managers (VSMs) and re values and GoalsSupport and facilitate Power Co’s code of conduct and core values including collaboration, commitment and curiosity.Support and facilitate Power Co’s common and individual goals.What You Bring To The TeamBachelor's degree or Master´s degree in Engineering-Business-Administration or Business-Communication-Project-ManagementMinimum 2-3 years’ experience in Project ManagementExperience in Timeline tracking, Supplier management, project managementExperience in automotive Industry or Battery or Pharmaceutical or semi-conductor IndustryAbility to adapt to and maintain flexibility with the juggling of multiple projectsAdvanced competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)Know-How in schedule software (MMP, Primera, etc.)Working knowledge of One Drive, Share Point, MS Teams, Concur and SAP strongly desiredStrong organizational and problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluent in English (mandatory)Fluent in Chinese (mandatory)Willingness to travel internationally.What Makes You Stand OutDemonstrates adaptability to shifting priorities and demands.Please submit your CV in EnglishWhat To Look Forward ToPower Co Battery Spain S.
