Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape and execute the global social media strategy for an international brand. You will work closely with Communications, Marketing, and Customer Care to ensure a consistent brand experience across markets. You’ll lead high-impact cross-functional projects, coordinate agencies, and manage digital reputation and influencer initiatives. The position offers exposure to international markets and a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strategic and hands-on focus.

• Act as reference point during high-visibility social media and digital reputation crises, coordinating involved teams
• Contribute to defining and evolving the general Social Media strategy
• Lead cross-functional projects with impact across international markets
• Coordinate external social media, content, and influencer agencies to align with objectives
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and other functions
• Oversee day-to-day social media activities and ensure brand guideline compliance
• Lead influencer marketing initiatives, events,

• Analyse KPIs, present performance data to executives

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in Social Media and Digital Communications
• Experience with international brands and high customer/community interaction
• Experience in digital customer care, engagement, or community management
• Background in influencer marketing, brand activations, events, or sponsorships
• Experience coordinating external agencies and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects with on-site and remote teams
• Strategic thinking with operational execution
• Strong understanding of digital metrics, reporting, and presenting to various levels
• Reputation and crisis management experience in digital environments (valued)
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
• Professional level of English; Catalan is a plus
