In this role you will shape infrastructure demand within the TEO PMO, ensuring proposals align with the estate, constraints, service model, and delivery capacity. You will assess feasibility, surface risks early, and connect architecture, engineering, security, and operations to deliver buildable options. You’ll provide technical input at PMO gates and foster clear ownership to reduce ambiguity. This position blends practical engineering with governance influence to enable safe, scalable delivery in a global health services environment. • Lead technical due diligence during intake: clarify ask, impacts, constraints, assumptions, dependencies, and next steps
• Validate feasibility across infrastructure domains (network, compute, storage, virtualization, cloud, IAM, security, resilience, monitoring, service management, operations)
• Challenge early sizing, cost drivers, resource impacts, and delivery sequencing with engineering and operations teams
• Turn conceptual ideas into buildable, secure, resilient, and standards-aligned options
• Provide focused technical input to PMO governance gates, intake forums, prioritisation reviews, and delivery readiness checkpoints
• Drive clarity where ownership is unclear or risks could be passed downstream
Responsabilidades
• Strong IT infrastructure engineering background across complex enterprise, hybrid, cloud, and legacy environments
• Credibility across multiple infrastructure domains and understanding of how platforms, services, apps, controls, and operations connect
• Practical judgement to distinguish feasible options from aspirational ones requiring discovery
• Experience collaborating with architecture, engineering, security, service transition, operations, PMO, and delivery teams
• Constructive challenge and stakeholder influence to improve decisions without adding unnecessary governance overhead
