As an Investigator Payment Associate at ICON, you will manage investigator payments and ensure regulatory compliance while reviewing the financial aspects of clinical trials. You will work with cross-functional teams to streamline payment processes and contribute to financial reporting. This role supports timely payments and accurate records, helping to uphold our integrity and efficiency in trial operations. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Process investigator payments accurately and on time per study protocols
• Maintain documentation and records of investigator payments in regulatory-compliant manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and respond to investigator inquiries
• Develop and implement processes to streamline investigator payment procedures
• Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses related to investigator payments

Responsabilidades




• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 1-2 years experience in finance or accounting, preferably in pharma or clinical research
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to investigator payments (e.g., Sunshine Act, FMV)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work cross-functionally
