Experteer Overview In this role you will drive the launch and governance of insurance products across markets, ensuring rapid time-to-market and regulatory alignment. You will coordinate approvals, define policies, and oversee product lifecycle with insurers, balancing pricing, customer value and profitability. You will lead governance activities and ensure distribution schemes comply with local rules, while supporting tender processes and partner negotiations. This is a cross-country, impact-focused role inside Openbank’s customer-centric transformation, offering exposure to digital banking and bancassurance dynamics. - Drive fast time-to-market for new products and changes with internal and partner processes
- Coordinate product approval and launch across markets
- Define policies, procedures, and standards considering customer needs, market practices, and regulations
- Lead Product Oversight Governance and maintain lifecycle evidence of analyses and decisions
- Ensure alignment of product offers and distribution with applicable regulations across channels

Customer Value, profitability, and product features with insurance partners
- Support tender processes, partner selection, and negotiations for new products or partnersResponsabilidades
- 6+ years actuarial experience in insurance product management or related environments
- Experience in HQ, regional or multi-country roles with ability to coordinate countries and influence stakeholders without hierarchical authority (preferred)
- University degree in business administration, economics, actuarial science, mathematics, engineering, law or similar
- Insurance Mediation certificate level 1 or 2 or commitment to obtain it within 12 months
- Fluent English and Spanish; other European languages a plus
- Strong knowledge of life and non-life insurance products and distribution models; regulatory knowledge (IDD, POG, mediation) and product governanceRequisitos principales
