Keylime Consultants are partnering with an international organisation that is continuing to expand its internal Workday capability as the business becomes increasingly globally integrated. This is a newly created role within a growing team, offering the opportunity to work across new implementations, BAU support and large-scale integral projects in a fast-paced environment.Reporting to the People Operations Manager, the successful candidate will lead international Workday projects, combining supervisory responsibilities with hands-on Workday configuration, enhancements and ongoing optimisation across multiple modules, while also contributing to integrations, reporting, security and payroll-related activities. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across Europe and the US, as well as coordination with a Workday Partner on ongoing implementation projects.The organisation is continuing to expand its global Workday landscape, with projects including new global implementations, improvement initiatives and additional HRIS integrations.This is ahybrid role based in Barcelona,



offering a base salary of up to €55,000,along with a comprehensive benefits package.Senior Workday Analyst – RequirementsExperience working with Workday, ideally in an international environmentStrong configuration experience in Workday Core HCM and either Time Tracking, Time & Absence, Talent & Performance or Recruiting.
