You will be working within Global Sourcing Indirects team performing relevant tasks as follows:YOUR TASKS- Project & Operational Support: Contribute to the day-to-day execution of sourcing projects across travel, fleet, and consulting categories. Assist strategic buyers in negotiations, supplier interactions, and closing commercial agreements- Documentation & Data Management: Maintain accurate documentation and internal databases- Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support internal audits and perform compliance checks aligned with the company’s Code of Conduct- Tender & Procurement Process Execution: Create tender IDs, coordinate signature workflows, and prepare supplier comparison matrices. Receive and process offers, NDAs, and signed contracts,
