Experteer Overview
As Global Air Logistics Vertical Implementation Manager, you will lead complex international customer implementations within the Air Logistics vertical, driving projects from initiation to stabilization. You collaborate with Sales and Air Logistics units to align goals and deliverments, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget outcomes. The role combines leadership, program governance, and process optimization to grow our vertical capabilities. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven role at a global logistics leader.

• Lead project definition, scope, and objectives with stakeholders; produce detailed plans and risk management
• Guide cross-functional teams to align with goals; monitor progress and resolve deviations
• Allocate resources with functional managers to ensure project success
• Manage stakeholder communications; maintain transparency and surface opportunities
• Ensure deliverables meet Kuehne+Nagel and ISO 21205 standards; drive improvements




• Collaborate with Sales and BUA to set strategic goals and drive vertical initiatives
• Identify and mitigate risks; manage scope changes for seamless integration
• Mentor and coach junior managers on vertical requirements

Responsabilidades
• Min. 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager delivering complex global projects
• Solid operational background in Air Logistics
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Project Management Professional (PMP, PMI, Prince2) or equivalent certification is a plus
• Bachelor in Project Management or related field
• Willingness to work across locations in the EMEA region
