Experteer Overview
As a Project Manager for SAP, you drive end-to-end SAP initiatives from pre-sales through go-live and post-go-live support. You lead multi-module projects, ensure client satisfaction, and manage timelines and budgets within SD Worx standards. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Global PMO to govern projects and share best practices. This is an opportunity to shape SAP delivery at a European leader in HR solutions and enable value for clients and their people. You will train teams on project management tools and methodologies to uphold quality and consistency.

• Manage and steer SAP projects end-to-end, from inception to post-go-live support
• Act as primary point of contact for project team, stakeholders, and customers
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Consulting Directors, and Integral PMO on financials and reporting
• Monitor and control project budgets for medium-sized initiatives and ensure cost efficiency
• Strengthen project governance, QA processes, and adherence to delivery standards




• Deliver training on SAP project management tools, methodologies, and templates
• Apply SD Worx Project Methodology and processes to ensure consistent delivery

Responsabilidades
• 5 to 10 years of project management experience
• Project Management with SAP is a must
• Solid understanding of project financial management and controlling
• Strong leadership, organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of payroll solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable
• Fluent in English and French (C2 level)
