Experteer Overview
As Global Air Logistics Vertical Implementation Manager, you drive the planning, execution, and stabilization of complex, global customer implementations within the Air Logistics vertical. You will partner with Sales and Business Unit Air Logistics leaders to align strategic goals and best practices. Your work focuses on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while upholding quality standards. This role offers impact across a global network, IT-enabled processes, and a mission to move the world forward through efficient logistics.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead project initiation, define scope and objectives with stakeholders
• Direct project execution, monitor progress, address deviations
• Allocate resources and collaborate with functional managers
• Manage stakeholders, communicate status, ensure transparency




• Ensure deliverables meet ISO 21205 and quality standards
• Develop and lead strategic internal projects within the vertical
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes
• Mentor junior managers and promote best practices

Responsabilidades
• Min. 5 years of experience as Project Manager/Program Manager
• Proven track record delivering complex global projects in the vertical
• Strong understanding of Air Logistics operations
• Strong leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• PMI/ PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus
