As Digital Account Manager, you will lead the digital strategy and day-to-day client relationships for a beauty brands account within a senior team. You’ll own full-funnel media plans spanning paid social, programmatic, OLV, and display, collaborating with cross-functional partners. You’ll supervise the digital planning team and translate performance data into actionable recommendations. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive client outcomes at scale. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values initiative and innovation.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• +4 years of experience in a media or advertising agency
• Proven experience managing direct client relationships within complex accounts
• Experience leading or coordinating teams
• Technical knowledge: full-funnel digital media strategic planning
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google DV360, and advanced Excel
• Nice to have: Looker Studio, Campaign Manager 360, and Google Analytics
• English level B2-C1 for professional communication
