Job DescriptionWhat you’ll doWe are looking for a People & Culture Trainee to join the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the People & Culture team, you will support the team in the day-to-day People & Culture operations while gaining hands‑on experience in different areas of the department.- Support the People & Culture team with daily administrative tasks.- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening CVs and communicating with candidates.- Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and coordinating new starters’ first day.- Help collect and prepare employee documentation and ensure personnel files are complete and up to date.- Assist in maintaining employee information in the HRIS (Factorial/Workplace).- Help answer employees' basic HR‑related queries or direct them to the appropriate person.- Assist with the organization and allocation of employee lockers.- Support the organization of employee engagement activities, internal events, and People & Culture initiatives.- Help maintain an updated candidate database and talent pipeline.- Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture department and assist with ongoing HR projects.QualificationsWhat we are looking for...- You´re studying a bachelor´s/master´s degree in hospitality or a related field.- You have the possibility to sign an agreement with your school for a period of preferably 6 months.- Ability to multitask, work in a fast‑paced environment and have a high‑level attention to detail.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.- You take ownership of important issues, solve problems, and make effective decisions.- You learn quickly and adapt to SLS’s unique culture.- You are humble and open to ideas.
