Experteer Overview
Lead Software Engineer within the Omnia Platform team, building a modern, multi-tenant SaaS for institutional clients. You will own complex engineering challenges, influence architecture, and drive the platform’s evolution from Valencia with a globally distributed team. You’ll shape scalable backend services, data processing workflows, and user-facing features while advocating quality and continuous improvement. This role offers significant ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to grow into broader leadership.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET
• Work with MongoDB Atlas to optimise data models and performance
• Drive reliability, deployment, and scalability of cloud-native services on Azure and Kubernetes
• Develop data processing and calculation workflows using Python and modern dataframe tech
• Contribute across the full stack with React, TypeScript, and Redux
• Champion software quality, testing, code reviews, and maintainability
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver client value

Responsabilidades
• Significant software engineering experience with deep expertise in C# and .NET
• Backend development experience in enterprise SaaS
• Experience with MongoDB or comparable NoSQL
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, containers, and Kubernetes
• Experience building multi-tenant software applications
• Strong understanding of architecture, scalability, and system design
• Independent problem-solving skills
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Python for data-processing workflows
• React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Redux
• Technical leadership or people leadership exposure
• DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor
