Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive change and deliver cross-functional initiatives within Integral Operations Services. You will partner with Legal, Business Operations, Product and Growth to shape roadmaps and business cases, and you will guide organizational changes from product and business functions into Operations. You’ll lead end-to-end projects within the Change Management u0026amp; Control framework, seekcontinuous improvement, and ensure clear documentation and alignment with team OKRs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to address strategic topics like roadmap development and business case formulation
- Prepare and challenge organizational changes originating from other parts of the business that impact Operations

- Manage projects end-to-end with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization in Operations
- Maintain and improve team documentation for accuracy and clarity
- Contribute to delivery and tracking of team OKRs for business alignment
- Develop core business skills: quantitative/qualitative analysis, project management, communication, stakeholder management, leadership

- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services with proven project leadership
- At least 3 years in fast-paced environments, ideally in PM or consulting
