The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Rector and the Director of the Office of the Rector, ensuring the seamless management of executive schedules, strategic projects, institutional relations, and day-to-day operations. The role is also responsible for overseeing protocol arrangements for institutional visits, official ceremonies, senior-level meetings, and external engagements while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail. Acting as a trusted partner, the Executive Assistant exercises sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in all matters.
