Job Overview:

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap for our Cards portfolio.



Working in a fast-moving and cross-functional environment, we are looking for solid experience in owning and guiding the design and delivery of products and services as well as team leadership background. This position forms part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise-grade software systems. The Product Manager will serve as a subject matter expert, acting as a central point of reference for both the team and other stakeholders within the organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the Cards portfolio aligned to company KPIs and customer needs.
Define, prioritise, and ship features that improve activation rates, usage and engagement, and retention across the cards journey.
Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure products meet card scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard), PCI-DSS, and relevant financial regulation (e.g. PSD2)
