About the role

As a Payroll & Finance Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring efficient payroll and finance operations across our international organisation. You will contribute to operational excellence, process consistency, and continuous improvement while supporting the continued growth of our business.

In this role, you will be part of the Finance team consisting of nine colleagues based in Copenhagen Barcelona and Bangalore. Together with other teams within Enabling Areas, we support BASE across Finance, IT, People & Culture, and general business operations on an international level.





You will support the delivery of payroll operations across multiple countries, including Spain, France, Italy, the UK, the North America, Germany, Switzerland, and Denmark, working closely with your counter part based in Denmark, external payroll providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.

In addition to payroll, you will support a variety of Finance Operations activities, including reconciliations, month-end closing tasks, and other operational finance processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both payroll and finance while developing their international experience.
