We are looking for a Senior Manager - P&C; Data to own and evolve the People & Culture (P&C;) data domain as part of our AI & Data organisation. This role sits at the heart of our transformation from traditional HR data landscapes to a unified, AI‑ready data foundation - enabling better decisions, insights, and employee experiences.

As a Senior Manager - P&C; Data you will act as the end-to-end owner of the P&C; data domain, translating complex data structures into clear, actionable narratives for business stakeholders,



while ensuring alignment with our broader AI strategy and data platform evolution.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

University degree (ideally in related field)
Min 8+ years of previous experience, including min 2-5 years of experience in the domain gained in a integral company
Previous experience as a people manager would be a strong plus
Strong experience in HR / P&C; data, analytics, or digital HR transformation
Excellent communication and storytelling skills - ability to simplify complexity
Very good stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others
Solid understanding of data architecture, governance, and platforms (without needing to be deeply technical)
