We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to act as a vital bridge between business goals and technology solutions. What You'll Do…

Elicit, Analyze,



and Document Requirements: Collaborate with business and IT
stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and feedback. Translate these into clear use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
Solution Design & Implementation Support: Work closely with technical and
business teams to design, document, and implement system solutions that align with business needs. Prepare requirement scope documents, mockups, and coordinate approvals during the solution design process.
Process Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate and document existing business
processes, develop process models and workflows, and recommend innovative and
practical improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Risk Assessment & Prioritization: Assess risks and impacts associated with
proposed solutions and designs, and effectively prioritize competi
