We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our Marketing organization. This role will partner closely with Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, develop scalable reporting, analyze campaign performance, and help optimize marketing strategies through data. The ideal candidate has strong SQL expertise, experience with BI tools,



and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary analytics partner for the Marketing team.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
Build, maintain, and improve dashboards using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
Analyze marketing performance across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email, paid search, paid social, and organic channels.
Define, monitor, and report on key marketing KPIs, including ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution, conversion rate, marketing spend, and campaign performance.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Business teams to support strategic decision-making.
