In this role you drive end-to-end product evolutions with full accountability for scope, cost, schedules, and results. You collaborate across cross-functional teams to manage change activities and ensure timely delivery. You will perform impact analyses, define mitigation plans, and maintain visibility of execution to stakeholders. This position sits at the intersection of automation, electrification, and digitization, supporting the company’s sustainability mission. You work in a fast-paced environment where owning the delivery chain shapes successful product evolution.

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Strong ownership, professional judgement, and decision-making skills
• Autonomy to make decisions, lead initiatives, and shape how work gets done
