Experteer Overview
As part of Airbus' central ME Line Balancing team, you drive production line balancing and digitalisation to improve operations across programmes. You develop and implement new processes, methods and routines to manage production time and line balance, leveraging data analytics and AI to boost efficiency. You will lead shop-floor transformation initiatives and contribute to the Production System Efficiency standards. This is a integral, cross-functional role with a meaningful impact on Airbus Operations optimization.

Responsabilidades
• Master degree in Aeronautics, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• minimum of 5 years technical expertise in Production Line creation or operation
• Knowledge and practical experience in Product Lifecycle Management (Process u0026 Data, System-Interfaces PLM-ERP-MES, Configuration Management) and interdisciplinary thinking
• Lean (problem solving, value stream thinking) and Change Management
• Simulation modelling and analysis (Verifications of results)
