In this role you will define and drive a comprehensive test strategy across Clearing IT to ensure high-quality, compliant software. You will lead QA activities for change requests and coordinate with cross-functional teams in an international setting. You’ll establish robust defect management in JIRA and steer risk mitigation to enable timely releases. The position combines hands-on test leadership with strategy to improve quality across multiple projects and releases. Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on test management for medium to large or complex projects
• Proven track record leading test management across multiple releases
• Solid understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe methodologies
• Experience coordinating and leading a team of more than six testers
• Strong proficiency in JIRA for test management and defect tracking
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency preferred
