Experteer Overview
In this role you oversee end-to-end governance and performance of outsourced HR services across a global, matrixed organization. You align vendor delivery with Siemens Healthineers’ HR strategy, drive service reviews and escalations, and optimize contracts and costs. You will partner with HR Operations, CoEs, Procurement, Finance, and HRIT to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery at scale. • Own the end-to-end governance framework for outsourced HR service delivery partnerships
• Establish accountability, performance expectations, escalation protocols, and decision-making structures across vendor relationships
• Lead delivery risk mitigation for vendor services across regions
• Build and maintain E2E process framework for vendor management lifecycle with HR OPS strategy
• Coordinate service reviews, feedback sessions and executive discussions with clients and providers
• Serve as single point of contact for escalations to resolve cross-border service delivery challenges
• Manage vendors and contracts, conduct KPI reporting and service updates
• Define and manage contract management processes with stakeholders and partners
• Drive renewals and support RFPs for new vendors,



assist project managers with business cases
• Collaborate with CoEs and Procurement on sourcing and vendor selection processes
• Oversee financial aspects: budgeting, controlling, reporting, and cost optimization initiatives
• Build trusted relationships across HR Operations leadership, regional teams, CoEs, Procurement, Finance, and HRIT
• Navigate local requests and align with general services strategy and processes

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of HR experience including 5+ years in HR Shared Services or Global Business Services
• Proven success in strategic vendor management including supplier governance and contract management
• Experience managing cross-border sourcing initiatives and complex supplier agreements
• Strong organizational, planning and execution skills in fast-paced environments
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on high-quality employee and stakeholder experiences
• High integrity, sound judgment, and ability to build trust across stakeholders
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management with cross-functional influence
• Experience in cost management, commercial oversight and vendor risk management
• Fluent English; additional languages beneficial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
