Role Mission

The primary purpose of the Insight Consulting Manager role is to lead client projects and deliverables from end to end, ensuring excellence throughout the entire process—from the initial planning stage to the final client presentation.

This position combines analytical judgment, a consultative mindset, strong market and FMCG client knowledge, cross-functional coordination skills, and a focus on business impact. The role acts as the link between client needs and final delivery,



ensuring those needs are translated into relevant analytical approaches, actionable content, and recommendations aligned with business challenges.

Additionally, the role serves as a key reference point in content development, stakeholder management (both internal and external), and the development of more junior analytical talent.
