Job Description
As a Junior Demand Manager & Solution Analyst, you will support the digital transformation of our organization at the intersection of business and technology.
You will work closely with Demand Managers, business stakeholders, and technical experts to design and implement digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include both analytical tasks, such as structuring requirements and documenting workshops, and technical activities, such as enhancing digital platforms, automations,



and reporting solutions.
This role is an adecuado starting point for individuals who combine a strong interest in technology with a passion for consulting, communication, and problem-solving, and who aspire to develop towards Business Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Digital Consulting roles.

Key Responsibilities
Demand Management & Business Analysis
Support the collection, clarification, and structuring of business requirements
Prepare and document workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings
Maintain and improve documentation, templates, methods, and standards
Create presentations, management reports, and decision-making materials
Support demand evaluation, prioritization, and business value assessments
Document processes, requirements, decisions, and solution concepts
Solution Engineering & Platform Development
Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of internal digital
