Lead the global Operations gross margin framework, ensuring consistency, transparency and governance across all manufacturing sites and regions
Drive visibility of operational performance by analysing key cost drivers including productivity, labour, material, overheads and fixed cost absorption
Partner with Finance, Operations and IT teams to improve data quality, align financial systems and strengthen margin reporting.




Identify opportunities to improve profitability, challenge performance gaps and support cost optimisation initiatives with measurable financial impact
Develop and maintain global standards for margin reporting, variance analysis and performance governance
Translate complex operational and financial data into clear business insights that support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting and long-term operational planning

More about you

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline, with 8-12+ years' experience in Operations Finance, manufacturing controlling or gross margin management within a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment
Proven experience partnering with Operations leaders to drive manufacturing performance, improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable profitability improvemen
