WHICH PROJECTS DO WE WORK ON?

Responsible for leading a team specializing in regulatory monitoring and the
implementation of regulations, ensuring the early identification of regulatory
changes and their effective translation into organizational action plans. Will
coordinate cross-functional regulatory projects, acting as a liaison with
Business, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Technology areas to guarantee efficient
implementation aligned with supervisory expectations.

Team Leadership and Management

* Lead, develop, and coordinate a team of specialists in regulatory monitoring.
* Set priorities and oversee the execution of team activities.
* Drive the professional and technical development of team members.
* Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Regulatory Monitoring and Implementation of Regulations

* Proactively monitor national, European, and international regulatory
initiatives.
* Analyze public consultations, draft regulations, supervisory guidelines, and
approved rules in the Digital, Retail, and Markets sectors that may affect
the Group,



and channel this information internally to the relevant
departments.
* Disseminate proposed regulatory changes and coordinate internally with
affected departments to formulate the institutional position on new
legislative initiatives.
* Present the position in monthly expert group meetings to discuss and define
the Group's stance on impactful legislative and regulatory initiatives.
* Advocate for CaixaBank’s position within industry associations (e.g., CECA,
ESBG, Adigital).
* Coordinate the implementation of regulations by assigning responsibilities,
categorizing rules, and overseeing compliance.
* Identify risks, opportunities, and impacts for the Group.
* Manage all regulations requiring compliance and implementation, defining
protocols and implementation processes.
* Track the progress of regulatory implementation projects using an inventory
management tool.
