What Can You Expect?

As a UX Researcher Senior you will have the opportunity to:

Collaborate on strategic and innovative initiatives that improve the experience of internal users, such as underwriters, claims handlers, and other business teams across Zurich.
Lead end-to-end research activities across multiple projects, from discovery and user interviews to usability testing, insights synthesis, and recommendations.
