JOB SUMMARY:

The Sr. FTZ Inventory Control Analyst will support the daily operation and
inventory integrity of Super Micro Computer, Inc.’s Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ)
program supporting high-volume AI server, storage, and data center
infrastructure operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate
tracking, reconciliation, and audit readiness of FTZ inventory across SAP,
warehouse operations, manufacturing, and the FTZ inventory control system.





The position plays a critical role in supporting Customs compliance, inventory
accuracy, and operational efficiency across Supermicro’s rapidly growing AI and
data center supply chain environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage daily FTZ inventory transactions, including admissions, transfers,
withdrawals, exports, scrap/destruction, and adjustments related to AI
servers, racks, storage systems, and data center components
* Perform reconciliation between SAP, FTZ software, warehouse records, and
physical inventory to ensure inventory integrity and CBP compliance
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and
transaction issues impacting FTZ inventory accuracy
* Support cycle counts, annual reconciliation, and CBP audit readiness
activities across FTZ facilities and warehouse locations
* Coordinate with warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and General
Trade Compliance teams to ensure prop
